Bowl for therapy

A bowl that reduces stigma and enhances therapy.

The design addresses the stigma related to Constraint Induced Therapy (CIT) by disguising the therapy in a typical activity. The Bowls form normalizes therapy during eating, and supports a progression of abilities, through a series of different bowl inserts. With the aim of reducing stigma we wanted something that could be used for therapy but also with able bodied friends and family. Thanks to Tyler Conelly, Hilary Comber and Tonga Paongo who helped with the project.
